Back and bicep workout

Completed this workout in a rush today, not as good of a performance as I wanted.

Pull ups 10 10 6

Barbell row (tried this exercise, disliked it so won’t be doing it again)

Lat pull down 55kg 10 10 10

Straight arm pull overs 20kg 10 22.5 kg 10 25kg 10

Preacher curl max weight for three sets, each around 8 reps

Dumbell curls

Upright cable row drop sets from 17.5kg (need to take a narrower grip)
